Since October 7, many Jewish individuals have experienced not only grief and fear—but also

traumatic invalidation: the experience of having one’s pain dismissed, politicized, or denied

altogether. Whether in schools, workplaces, universities, or even among friends and colleagues,

this invalidation cuts deep, compounding trauma and isolating those already in pain.
